If you have booked direct on our website, we have a 3 day cancelation policy. Any cancelations more than 3 days prior to the reservation will be a full refund. Cancelations within the 3 day window will result in equivalent to a 1 night stay plus fees. Bookings from other platforms have their own cancelation policy which can be upwards of 7 days.

Check in is at 3 PM and check out is at 10 AM. Requests for early check in and late check out can be submitted to staff at hello@themillwaunakee.com or when making your reservation and will be accommodated based on availability
